WOW! What a story to tell !

Finally, the time had come: in September 2024, we added a new chapter to the impressive story of Heineken and Rotterdam.

Ms. De Carvalho-Heineken, together with Alderman Maarten Struijvenberg, conducted the official opening of her great-grandfather's former laboratory in our beautiful Heineken Building.

After the redevelopment of the former executive rooms on the ground floor in 2022, visitors can now also experience the history of this place in the form of narrative meeting rooms.

In our new meeting rooms: The Export, The Brewmaster, and The New York Bar, you will experience the crucial role of the city of Rotterdam in the development of the famous beer brand. From the discovery of the unique A-yeast ingredient to the expansion drive of Gerard Adriaan Heineken who took his beer around the world.
